Successful leader’s secret

No leader can succeed without a secret weapon. The secret weapon of Christian leaders is wisdom. The wisdom of God to administer justice. Everyone needs this wisdom. Solomon understood the importance of wisdom in governing the Israelite.

God gave Solomon a blank check to write his request. He wrote wisdom.

We must desire the same. I wrote in my book titled, “youth desire” that wisdom is the secret to success in leadership and life. Not money. Not title. Not fame. If you lack the wisdom of God, you’re close to failure. Do not hesitate to ask God for wisdom in your career, ministry, marriage, and relationships.

2 Chronicles 1:10 (KJV)

Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great?

The world needs to reset to default in our request from God. Our leaders must embrace the wisdom of God. Wisdom must be the priority of our request. When we have the wisdom of God, we have the capacity to acquire wealth and lead well. We will do well in business and in life. The lack of wisdom results in chaos and bad choices that result in destruction.
