RISE AND BUILD

You are welcome to December. I can not believe the year 2021 is almost over. I received specific instructions to declare days of fasting for our city. God gave us the mandate to intercede in fasting and prayers for our beloved city, Tallahassee. The year 2022 would not be a different year from the days of Nehemiah. "When I heard these words, I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven." Nehemiah 1:5.

The Lord that keepeth mercy and covenant for them of the old will keep you, and no matter the pestilence of the land and the fiery arrow of the enemies, you are protected. The covenant of God's protection and peace is your portion. In the coming year, you will share testimonies of joy and victories at the tables of your enemies.

To walk like a victorious, let us come together in fasting, worship, and prayers. We can not fold hands in the face of distress that we are in, while the gates of our city would experience burning with the fire of atrocities, sin, and iniquities. Let us come together and build the holy wall of our great city, Tallahassee.

Let us say like Nehemiah, "Then I told them the hand of my God which was upon me; as also the King's words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for their good work." Nehemiah 2:18.
