Be a Soldier, Fight!

What makes a great soldier? Strength, tenacity, resilience, and daring challenges make a great soldier. Christians seldom identify themselves as soldiers in their walk of faith. We do not want ashes, just a crown of beauty, and do not want to mourn, just oil of gladness. Christians are soldiers and are constantly at war. We must wage war against rulers, authorities, principalities, and powers of darkness.

I have fought some personal battles, including worries about this world, the deceitfulness of wealth, and desires for other things outside the will of God. Not until I engaged the weapon described in Paul's letter to stand my ground (Ephesians 6:12-13, Mark 4:19). This weapon is highly effective.

I encourage you to use the weapon, stand your ground, and not accept defeat. We want to stand in prayer and fasting, crying to God for power to stand.

You can not defeat the world by the fabricated weapon of the world.

Paul knew it. Nothing in this world is top secret. Only the Word of God is the weapon that has the divine power to demolish strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). Be the last soldier of Christ, and engage the only authentic weapon. Christ's soldiers don't die. They reign on earth as warriors until the drop of their last blood and reign as kings in heaven. Be a soldier. Fight on.

Welcome to September 2022.
