"So, I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours." Mathew 25:25.
In this passage, Jesus talked about the parable of the talents. This story told by Jesus helps illustrate revelational points about the dynamics of God's operation. In this story, the master gave three people different estates of five, three, and one. At his return, the master demanded an account from each of the recipients. The two recipients invested in their gifted estates and made profits, while the last person did nothing with his share of the estate. He was bitter, jealous, angry, and afraid to take risks.

Most of us are in a similar category as the last person, questioning the authority of the talent master, referring to him as a "hard man, reaping where he did not sow, and gathering where he scattered no seed." We are living in doubt and fear. God wants us to do something with whatever He gave us. "You could still have done something," says the master. You can still do something. Do something even in doubt and fear. Don't allow doubt and fear to control your decision to do something. Maybe you are waiting for the new year. Don't wait any longer, this year is not over. It is December 2022. God is demanding an account of what He entrusted into our hands. We can make Him proud. Late starters start. You can start now and still have an excellent record for God's accountability day.
As we wait on Him in prayers and fasting, please do something to expand the Kingdom of God. Welcome to the era of accountability.
Happy December 2022.
